The structure is designed in a manner that from top it looks like gigantic island with smaller island attached through floating bridges but underneath is a twisted marine-scrape. The seventy floors twisted marine-scraper serves as residential, commercial, social and fun activities like theatre, gym, club house and any more and together as mixed and shared use of areas as per needs. As deep we dive in the ocean the public and semipublic spaces dilute out making it more of residential floors towards the end.
Descriptive of Author : The underwater skyscraper is futuristic but community driven just like a village. lt has self sufficient, energy and food cultivating structure.
