A hierarchical network of stops on the river from simple boat parking areas to the areas of waste collection, drinking water points, easier access to urban areas ... along with multifunctional stops bringing together different activities: tertiary, hotels, commercial areas ... This project is not aimed at developing the river banks infrastructure, but the river itself.
